What is PowderMet2025 and AMPM2025?
The Metal Powder Industries Federation (MPIF) and APMI International bring together powder metallurgy (PM): press & sinter, metal additive manufacturing (AM), and metal injection molding (MIM) professionals from around the world to network and engage in the latest developments and innovations in metal powder technology.

Will I receive digital manuscript proceedings?
Proceedings of
Advances in Powder Metallurgy & Particulate Materials-2025
and
Advances in Additive Manufacturing with Powder Metallurgy-2025
will be published in digital format following the conferences. All publications are included with full-conference registration and student registrations. Expect notification via email by Accuris Tech in October 2025.

Technical Program
Who can attend the technical sessions?
Anyone who purchases a full package
can attend the technical sessions, and those approved for the Government Rate and Student Rate. For details on what is included in the various registration packages, please visit the

What times are the technical sessions?
Technical sessions run from Monday-Wednesday. Times can be found in the

Can I take pictures or record in the technical sessions?
No photography, or audio or video recording of presentations is permitted.
 
Exhibit
Who can walk the exhibit floor?
All registrants will have access to the exhibit hall can walk the exhibit floor.
When is the exhibit floor open?
The exhibit hall is open on Monday, June 16, 10:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m. and Tuesday, June 17, 9:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.

Registration
What packages are offered?
MPIF offers a wide range of registration packages. Information on registration options and what is included in each package can be found on the
Registration page
.
Can I attend without prior registration?
All attendees must register prior to participating in any conference events or sessions. We offer a discount rate if you register prior to May 2. We do allow on-site registration.
Can I attend for just one day?
Daily registrations are available and include access to the exhibit hall and technical sessions for one day.
What is the cancellation policy?
Registration cancellations and refunds are only accepted in writing. If you cancel by telephone, you must still confirm by email at the time of cancellation in order to receive a refund.
Cancellations received through May 2, will receive a 50% refund (no refunds for the APMI Golf Tournament). No refunds will be given after this date.
Individuals who fail to cancel in writing by May 2 and/or do not attend the conference will be subject to the full fee.
In the event an in-person conference is unable to take place, all registration fees will be transferred to the 2026 conference.
You agree to follow the on-site protocol, or you may be removed from the event (no refund will be provided) and barred from attending future MPIF/APMI/CPMT sponsored or co-sponsored events.
 
Hotel
Why should I stay at the host hotel?
Not only will you be at the center of all the activities, but the convenience far outweighs any benefits from staying at other hotels, and you’ll create memories that will last a lifetime. In addition, you will be helping your association reach our financial commitments and therefore able to continue to offer discounted rates for future meetings.
How early do I need to book a room?
Reservations should be made by May 2.
What is the hotel cancellation policy?
Deposits are refundable for cancellations received at least five (5) days prior to the confirmed day of arrival and the cancellation number is obtained. For changes to your reservations or to cancel, contact The Sheraton Phoenix Downtown.
