Headquarters Hotel: Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort

The resort is located in between Epcot® and Disney's Hollywood Studios™, and nearby Disney’s Animal Kingdom® Theme Park and Magic Kingdom® Park.

The Orlando International Airport is the most convenient choice if you are flying into Orlando. From there, it’s just a short 20 minute drive to the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin. 

HOTEL RESERVATIONS

MPIF has secured a block of rooms at the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort at a discounted rate of $209 plus a $12 Resort Fee per night (plus applicable taxes). Reservations can be made during the Registration process or you can visit the MPIF Reservation Portal through the WDW Swan and Dolphin Resort. 

Register early to guarantee group rates at the hotel. Higher rates may apply once our room block is filled or after the advance registration deadline of May 7. Room reservations will be acknowledged by email. Hotel rooms before and after the conference may be available but at a higher rate.

Important Disney World Tickets and Reservations

To purchase specially priced Disney Meeting/Convention Theme Park tickets, please call 407-566-5600 or CLICK HERE.  Tickets are valid 7 days pre, during, and 7 days post meeting dates.  Please note the cut-off date for advance purchase savings is June 18, 2021.  With the new Disney Theme Park Reservation System and park capacity limitations, it’s important to lock in your visit as soon as possible.
