10th International Tungsten, Refractory & Hardmaterials Conference Now a Hybrid Event

The 10th International Conference on Tungsten, Refractory & Hardmaterials (Tungsten2021) will be offered in a hybrid format, with delegates electing to be in-person or attending virtually.  Tungsten2021 will feature technical presentations from worldwide industry experts presenting on refractory metals their alloys and composites (including hardmaterials and cermets), addressing recent developments in processing, microstructure, properties, and applications. Tungsten2021 will be held at the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort in Orlando, Florida, June 20–23, 2021. Registration is open at Tungsten2021.org. 

Co-located with the International Conference on Powder Metallurgy & Particulate Materials (PowderMet2021.org) and the Additive Manufacturing with Powder Metallurgy Conference (AMPM2021.org), this promises to be the largest global PM event of the year. One registration fee provides entrance to all three conferences. 

In addition to the usual high-level technical programming, 100+ exhibitor trade show, and industry networking events, now delegates, regardless of in-person or virtual, will be able to view all presentations on demand for two weeks following the conference.

We must ensure that all speakers are given the platform to present their work, while providing an opportunity for design engineers, materials scientists, and end users to hone their knowledge, regardless of travel restrictions that could have made participating impossible.”
