Toyota Expects Further Recovery in Global Car Production

Toyota Motor Corporation aims to produce just 2% fewer vehicles globally in August than it had originally planned, as the automaker sees output recover slowly from the huge impact of COVID-19.

Global automakers are said to be gradually resuming vehicle production after a period of plant closure due but despite this recovery, many still anticipate that output and sales will be lower than last year.
